Targeting Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Execute targeted campaigns across a variety of marketing channels.

• Gather, analyze, and validate data from both internal and external data sources to support targeted marketing communications.

• Develop insights into targeting strategies to guide data-driven decisions and enhance channel-partner performance.

• Utilize data to shape business communication objectives and evaluate the feasibility of targeting.

• Extract insights, document findings, and convey results from targeted marketing communications.

• Collaborate with teams in Digital Communications, Lifecycle, and eCommerce Marketing.

• Offer forward-looking analysis and insights to cross-functional partners to ensure alignment of campaign plans and targeting strategies.

• Conduct ad hoc analyses and support special projects as assigned by the supervisor.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in data analysis, marketing campaign measurement, and/or targeting.

• Proficient in working with various data measurement and execution platforms.

• Capable of reading, understanding, and interpreting job-related documents, instructions, policies, and communications in English.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.

• 1 year of experience in marketing data analysis, including standard use of data analysis tools.

• Familiarity with marketing campaign measurement and targeting, data analysis, and reporting insights to influence strategic decisions.

• Experience utilizing segmentation, Customer Data Platforms (CDP), or marketing automation tools.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities.

• Ability to synthesize analysis into engaging oral and written communications and presentations.

• Capacity to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
