Talent System Administrator

📋 Description

• Design and sustain features for the talent marketplace, implementing enhancements and platform modifications through JSON-based methods.

• Assist in configuration-driven user interface updates along with front-end and back-end integrations.

• Build, test, and document modifications to ensure dependable releases.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues by reproducing bugs and analyzing logs, requests, and responses.

• Work collaboratively with product, operations, support, and engineering teams.

• Offer platform support, conduct root-cause analysis, and execute follow-up actions.

• Keep technical documentation updated for modifications, troubleshooting procedures, and known issues.

• Enhance development and support processes.

• Design and share responsibility for the complete integration architecture.

• Establish data migration strategies for initial loads, delta synchronizations, and reconciliation.

• Facilitate technical discovery workshops.

• Set up integration design patterns and governance standards.

• Provide technical leadership throughout the delivery lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in SQL and ETL tools is essential.

• Experience with data modeling and transformation is required.

• Familiarity with integration frameworks such as REST, SSO, and middleware is necessary.

• Proven experience in leading implementations or technical workstreams.

• Background in UI-related enhancements is preferred.

• Knowledge of SaaS deployment practices, release cycles, and support/incident workflows is advantageous.

• Experience with programming languages like JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, or C# is preferred.

• Familiarity with API testing tools and log/telemetry sources is desirable.

• Understanding of learning-focused workflows or educational technology platforms is a plus.
