📋 Description

• Oversee AWS accounts and environments

• Manage AWS Organizations effectively

• Monitor the cloud infrastructure

• Provision necessary resources

• Carry out maintenance and upgrades

• Assist in cost optimization efforts

• Support both production and non-production environments

• Administer services such as EC2, ECS, RDS, Transfer Family, Systems Manager, ACM, GuardDuty, FSx, and VPC

• Manage Windows systems

• Execute server maintenance and patching

• Oversee storage and access controls

• Implement infrastructure upgrades

• Manage application environments

• Administer Microsoft Entra ID

• Oversee SSO integrations

• Provision user accounts

• Manage GitHub identity integrations

• Administer privileged access management and password vaulting

• Administer site-to-site and point-to-site VPNs

• Manage VPC peering, firewalls, and DNS

• Troubleshoot network issues

• Conduct security monitoring and address vulnerabilities

• Prepare compliance reports

• Manage SSL certificates

• Support audits and incident response activities

• Administer enterprise applications such as PagerDuty, Freshdesk, GitHub, Wrike, TeamCity, Cloudticity AWS, Oxygen, Datadog, Talend, GoDaddy, LastPass, and Nalpeiron

• Handle Tier 2/3 escalations

• Assist in deployment processes

• Coordinate with vendors as necessary

• Provide on-call support when required

• Shape the evolution of the AWS and Entra ID environments, enhance security and compliance, and collaborate with engineering, operations, and leadership to uphold critical healthcare systems
