This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Assist with Talent Strategy functions, including Learning Consultants, Career Experience, Talent Development, and Organizational Effectiveness.
• Develop communication materials, Source pages, targeted messages, and HR Slack communications.
• Oversee communications calendars and coordinate outreach efforts among Talent Strategy, HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), HR Business Partners (HRBPs), and Communications teams.
• Organize and manage Talent Strategy resources and communication materials.
• Employ AI prompt engineering techniques with Gemini Enterprise, Claude, and ChatGPT for crafting communications, presentations, analyses, and handling unstructured data.
• Offer operational support for Talent Strategy initiatives.
• Coordinate both onsite and virtual program logistics in collaboration with IT and Workplace Experience teams.
• Manage facilitator tools and resources to ensure consistent execution of programs.
• Act as the primary contact for inquiries related to Talent Strategy and maintain learning resources.
• Align onboarding, cultural integration, employee development, and employee experience initiatives.
• Monitor project and roadmap advancements and provide status updates.
• Administer global learning initiatives within the EDGE Learning Management System.
• Generate LMS reports, manage system communications, and oversee profile management.
• Collaborate with clients to establish measurable learning objectives and KPIs that align with business goals.
• Conduct quarterly reviews and refine strategies based on performance metrics.
• Assess and report on program effectiveness using evaluations, surveys, and feedback.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and incorporate relevant trends and technologies.
• Develop and track program metrics concerning efficiency, effectiveness, and outcomes.
• Provide monthly reports detailing program results, forecasts, and target comparisons.
• Coordinate data collection and analysis with the Senior Data Insights & Analytics Manager.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related discipline.
• Over 2 years of experience in operations, event planning, or management of learning programs.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to adapt under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Asana, and Zoom.
• Expertise in data-driven decision-making and analytics-informed strategy.
• Experience in budget and project management.
• Familiarity with learning trends, technologies, and best practices.
