Talent Sourcing Specialist – Internal

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Actively identify and engage potential candidates utilizing Workable and various sourcing platforms, employing targeted search methodologies to address current and future hiring demands.

• Perform initial outreach, conduct pre-screening discussions, and review resumes to evaluate candidate suitability, interest, and qualifications for AU/NZ mortgage support positions.

• Ensure accurate and organized candidate profiles and pipelines within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Gather and manage candidate requirements, including introduction videos and other supporting documents.

• Organize and monitor the completion of typing assessments to guarantee timely processing.

• Work closely with recruiters to facilitate the smooth advancement of candidates through the initial stages of the hiring process.

• Serve as a dedicated Talent Sourcing Specialist for a specific pod, comprehending hiring needs, formulating sourcing strategies, creating talent pipelines, and identifying candidates that align with client requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2+ years of experience focused on talent sourcing, ideally within an outsourcing or offshore staffing context.

• Background in an IT service-based organization, with experience in the Microsoft sector being advantageous.

• Strong comprehension of AU/NZ mortgage procedures and financial services workflows.

• Practical experience with ATS tools, preferably Workable.

• Demonstrated hands-on experience using LinkedIn for sourcing candidates is essential.

• Proven capability to source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing platforms.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in candidate outreach, engagement, and screening.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple sourcing pipelines and tasks concurrently.

• Basic knowledge of typing assessments and candidate evaluation techniques.

• Ability to accurately assess resumes and evaluate candidate fit against role criteria.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

• Availability to work AU business hours: Mondays to Fridays, 6:00AM to 3:00PM PH Time.
