Senior Analyst, Procurement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Evaluate drawings, specifications, and purchasing history to establish a sourcing strategy.

• Collaborate on and assess Statement of Work (SOW) documents.

• Prepare and distribute requests for quotes (RFQs).

• Analyze quotes and evaluate outcomes.

• Lead the development of negotiation strategies and plans.

• Handle exceptions related to flow-downs, specifications, quality notes, and Raytheon terms and conditions.

• Officially document purchase orders in alignment with internal protocols.

• Conduct routine post-award management tasks.

• Engage extensively with suppliers alongside Program Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).

• Oversee comprehensive procurement activities for materials supporting the Raytheon LADS Strategic Business Unit.

• Assist a diverse range of LADS programs while collaborating with external suppliers, internal customers, and various functional areas.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree.

• Experience in procurement with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS) or in highly regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals, medical, aerospace, aviation, power generation, or automotive.

• Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) or eligible to secure necessary export authorizations.

• U.S. citizenship is mandatory to access information related to this program/contract.

• Experience in government procurement is preferred.

• Familiarity with SAP is preferred.

• Ability to analyze Cost and Pricing data and assess proposal compliance (FAR 15.4) is preferred.

• Demonstrated knowledge and compliance with FAR/DFARS is preferred.

• Capable of understanding technical requirements for procured hardware and services, including SOW review is preferred.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is preferred.

• Proven written and verbal communication skills with internal customers are preferred.

• Availability for travel up to 25% is required.
