Sourcing and Configuration Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Set up contracted pricing, billing terms, and service parameters in internal systems to ensure precise invoicing and ordering capabilities.

• Convert contract language (fee schedules, terms, amendments) into system configurations and updates.

• Assist in the implementation of new clients and providers by establishing and maintaining accurate system data.

• Update and manage provider, client, and equipment catalog data to reflect current offerings and contract terms.

• Collaborate across various teams, including Contracting, Implementation, Billing, and Client Services, to address issues and ensure alignment.

• Conduct regular system audits and quality checks to guarantee 100% accuracy in configuration tasks.

• Act as a resource for troubleshooting configuration problems and enhancing system processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional attention to detail with a proven history of accuracy in data entry, billing, or system configuration tasks.

• Experience with contracts, pricing structures, or billing processes (preferably in healthcare or DME).

• Analytical mindset capable of interpreting data, recognizing discrepancies, and resolving issues.

• Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with systems, databases, or operational platforms.

• Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

• Self-motivated, organized, and proactive in identifying and resolving issues.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Preferred 1-3 years of direct or related experience.
