Talent Sourcing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Actively seek out top-notch creative talent in areas such as graphic design, motion graphics, UX/UI, copywriting, video production, and more.

• Establish and nurture a talent pipeline utilizing platforms like LinkedIn, Behance, Dribbble, Instagram, and others.

• Create innovative search strategies to uncover passive candidates.

• Maintain a varied pool of freelancers and full-time professionals to meet creative hiring demands.

• Evaluate portfolios and perform initial screenings to assess creative quality, cultural fit, and alignment with job roles.

• Ensure a seamless candidate experience from initial contact through to handoff.

• Manage and update the talent database effectively.

• Monitor sourcing activities, pipeline health, and candidate status across open positions.

• Provide reports on sourcing metrics and continuously refine sourcing strategies based on outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1+ years of experience as outlined in the posting.

• Six months of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, preferably in creative, design, or marketing sectors.

• A keen eye for assessing creative quality.

• Experience in sourcing for both full-time and freelance/contract positions.

• Knowledge of sourcing tools and platforms relevant to the creative industry.

• Strong written communication skills for effective outreach.

• Highly organized and data-oriented.

• Ability to manage multiple open pipelines concurrently.

• Skills in talent sourcing, recruitment, and creative industry sourcing.
