This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with hiring managers, interview teams, recruiters, human resources, shared services, and various stakeholders throughout the talent acquisition and onboarding processes.

• Assist in managing the requisition lifecycle within the applicant tracking system, ensuring proper audit documentation.

• Work alongside the immigration team to maintain compliance with immigration laws and regulations.

• Provide support for offer management, background checks, reference checks, electronic consents, and the communication of results.

• Follow recruiting processes, policies, tools, legislative and governmental regulations, as well as company procedures.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and document processes and enhancements.

• Schedule candidate interviews and coordinate the schedules of hiring managers.

• Arrange travel, prepare candidate information packets, and develop interview agendas.

• Assist with expense processing related to interviews and candidate travel.

• Offer administration support, including the creation and formatting of job descriptions in alignment with the Cummins employment brand.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher is required.

• Exceptional fresh graduates or candidates with up to two years of post-graduation experience are encouraged to apply.

• CET-6 or an equivalent level of English proficiency is necessary.

• Capability to communicate effectively in English on a daily basis.

• Ability to excel in an international and diverse team setting.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.

• A high level of accountability and attention to detail is required.

• Commitment to execution excellence and the ability to produce high-quality results in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is needed.

• Ability to quickly learn and utilize recruitment technologies and AI-related tools.

• Competence to work effectively across multiple systems and platforms.

• A high school diploma or a certificate of completion of secondary education, or equivalent experience that meets applicable regulations.

• Prior work experience or intermediate-level knowledge gained through education, training, or hands-on experience, preferably within Talent Acquisition.
