Lead Procurement Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Oversee, enhance, and uphold purchasing workflows and operational spending guidelines.

• Manage high-value enterprise technology contracts encompassing SaaS, cloud infrastructure, and corporate IT services.

• Direct vendor selections and RFP processes, including total-cost assessments, security reviews, and commercial benchmarking.

• Facilitate commercial negotiations for significant SaaS and IT contracts.

• Perform spend audits, eliminate software redundancies, optimize license distribution, and minimize technical debt.

• Monitor operational KPIs and provide functional insights to leadership.

• Assess, implement, and sustain procurement systems like Zip and Ramp.

• Work collaboratively across departments to ensure purchasing adheres to company policies, data protection regulations, and audit standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of progressive experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or vendor management within high-growth technology or vertical SaaS sectors.

• More than 2 years of experience leading cross-functional projects.

• Proven success in refining and scaling procurement processes in a fast-paced technology or vertical SaaS environment.

• Strong negotiation capabilities with a track record of structuring high-value SaaS and cloud infrastructure agreements.

• Solid financial acumen and experience collaborating directly with Finance teams to oversee departmental budgets and usage modeling.
