Talent Recruiter – H/M/X

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Posting and managing job offers across various portals and recruitment sources.

• Screening resumes and conducting phone interviews to identify talent.

• Facilitating online group dynamics via Zoom.

• Managing candidates using ATS tools and selection platforms.

• Presenting applications and tracking processes alongside the selection team.

• Issuing job offers and handling documentation related to the onboarding process.

• Updating, maintaining, and cleansing candidate databases, following up on availability and talent activation.

• Providing administrative support related to selection processes.

• Engaging in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing the candidate experience and process efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• University degree in Labor Relations, Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

• Preferable experience in personnel selection or internships in Human Resources.

• A dynamic, organized individual with strong communication skills.

• Interest in professional development within the recruitment and talent management field.

• Ability to thrive in dynamic, goal-oriented environments.

• Having a personal vehicle is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher).

• Proficiency in Spanish (at least one required).

• Talent Scouting expertise.
