📋 Description

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for G&A functions such as Legal, Finance, Marketing, and People.

• Identify and attract top-tier talent.

• Provide an exceptional candidate recruiting experience.

• Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to develop effective recruitment strategies.

• Offer insights on talent market and industry trends to aid decision-making.

• Monitor recruiting funnels in Ashby ATS and consistently update progress.

• Actively source and recruit candidates to enhance the top of the funnel.

• Cultivate relationships with diverse technology and talent communities.

• Manage additional talent initiatives.

• Represent Talent Acquisition at industry events.

• Organize and execute specialized networking gatherings.

• 3–7 years of experience in full-cycle G&A recruiting for high-growth teams.

• Experience in a startup environment is advantageous.

• A creative problem solver who excels in high-pressure and ambiguous situations.

• A natural influencer who enjoys cross-functional collaboration.

• A data-driven approach to recruitment practices.

• A strong commitment to diversity, community engagement, and equitable recruiting methods.

• Proficient in utilizing AI to automate processes within recruitment workflows.
