This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Take ownership of recruitment for a range of specialist referral positions.
β’ Serve as a trusted Talent Partner to senior clinical and commercial executives.
β’ Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of clinical fields and specialized talent markets.
β’ Design recruitment strategies and provide insights on market conditions, talent availability, compensation, attraction, relocation, and international hiring.
β’ Spearhead headhunting and search initiatives utilizing market mapping, professional networks, and targeted sourcing.
β’ Establish and nurture long-term relationships with specialized clinicians.
β’ Create sustainable talent pipelines and communities within key disciplines.
β’ Deliver market intelligence to shape recruitment strategies, compensation frameworks, attraction methods, and hiring expectations.
β’ Oversee recruitment processes from initial engagement to appointment, including assessment, candidate management, offer negotiation, and relocation and visa sponsorship as necessary.
β’ Represent inspiring veterinary care at veterinary congresses, professional events, and networking forums throughout the UK and Europe.
β’ Leverage recruitment data, talent intelligence, and pipeline analysis to enhance strategies and fortify direct hiring capabilities.
β’ Extensive experience in recruiting within specialized or talent-scarce markets.
β’ Proven success in headhunting and/or executive search.
β’ Proficiency in headhunting, executive search, talent mapping, and proactive direct sourcing in niche, specialist, or hard-to-source markets.
β’ Capability to identify and engage passive talent while fostering long-term relationships through extended recruitment processes.
β’ Strong consulting skills with stakeholders, able to influence and constructively challenge senior leadership.
β’ Highly developed skills in candidate management, assessment, negotiation, and closing.
β’ Strong commercial acumen and the ability to analyze market intelligence and recruitment data.
β’ Excellent research, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
β’ Proactive, resilient, and highly collaborative mindset.
β’ Previous experience in veterinary recruitment is a plus but not mandatory.
β’ Experience in veterinary recruitment, healthcare, or another specialized professional market is beneficial.
β’ Familiarity with international recruitment, relocation, and visa sponsorship is advantageous.
