Talent Outreach Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify candidates for Vesta's available positions utilizing AI sourcing tools and natural language search techniques.

• Discover unconventional talent through sourcing avenues outside of LinkedIn.

• Craft personalized outreach messages that resonate with candidates, employing Claude and ChatGPT for scalable customization.

• Collaborate efficiently with hiring managers to align on candidate profiles and assess pipeline quality.

• Manage the candidate experience from the initial outreach to the first day on the job.

• Coordinate recruitment activities to ensure that no steps in the process are overlooked.

• Organize interview panels and prepare thorough debrief packets.

• Leverage AI to draft communications, summarize interviews, clean data, and minimize repetitive tasks.

• Pursue growth towards a specialization such as technical recruiter, dedicated sourcer, or GTM recruiter.

• Uphold high standards in outreach and interview scheduling.

⛳️ Requirements

• You are committed to building a career in recruiting, with a focus on sourcing as your primary interest.

• Proven experience in identifying candidates outside of LinkedIn.

• Familiarity with AI tools like Juicebox, Claude, and specialized recruiting platforms, or a strong willingness to learn.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

• 1 to 3 years of experience in sourcing, recruiting coordination, or related fields (optional bonus points).

• Knowledge of an ATS (such as Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar) and modern sourcing technologies (optional bonus points).

• Regular daily user of Claude, ChatGPT, or similar tools in your workflow (optional bonus points).

• Excellent written communication skills, particularly for candidate-facing outreach and emails (optional bonus points).

• A strong personal standard for quality in details and candidate selection (optional bonus points).

• Must be a resident of the United States.
