This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +6 more states.
• Develop onboarding, training, and readiness procedures for mentors and live instructors.
• Ensure uniform performance management, quality assurance, and remediation standards across various programs.
• Establish systems to pinpoint performance risks and lead initiatives for improvement.
• Oversee talent capacity planning for cohort launches and ongoing program delivery.
• Anticipate potential coverage gaps and proactively reduce risks before escalation.
• Spearhead sourcing, execution, and hiring processes for new course talent positions.
• Define hiring readiness, clarify role expectations, and manage the onboarding transition.
• Maintain a consistently high hiring standard across all talent categories.
• Develop and sustain scalable talent operations processes and documentation.
• Supervise the internal team to allocate tickets, process payments, and enhance response times.
• Utilize data and dashboards to track talent performance, coverage, and associated risks.
• Design and establish a community among contracted course talent roles.
• Convey strategic risks and opportunities to Program Leadership with clear recommendations and trade-offs.
• Initiate feedback loops for program iterations and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with Support, Ops, Career Services, and Program Leadership to enhance operational efficiencies.
• Cultivate stakeholder relationships and gain insights into mentor, instructor, and course talent communities across Tech, Allied Health, and AI programs.
• Evaluate processes, identify operational risks and bottlenecks, and set improvement priorities.
• Manage the Talent Operations team, clarifying ownership, workflows, and expectations.
• Take charge of forecasting and capacity planning, hiring pipelines, talent management, performance management, coaching, feedback, and remediation systems.
• Foster a high-performing course talent community and implement data-driven reporting and decision-making practices.
• Act as a trusted cross-functional partner to scale programs with the right talent in the appropriate roles at the ideal time.
• A minimum of 5 years of full-time experience in talent operations, customer success, community management, program operations, or a related area.
• Proven capability to navigate ambiguous environments, create processes from the ground up, proactively discover solutions, and achieve results with minimal guidance.
• Experience in sourcing and hiring talent, whether contracted or full-time.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Comfortable providing and receiving feedback; prior experience in giving feedback, such as coaching or managerial roles.
• Passionate about building systems and leveraging data to inform and drive decisions.
