This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design the architecture for how Render’s ATS functions, encompassing custom fields, access roles, interview plans, feedback forms, automations, integrations, and foundational reporting.
• Take ownership of the reporting framework for Talent leadership and hiring teams, which includes dashboards, ad hoc reporting, metric definitions, and visibility into hiring plan progress.
• Ensure the accuracy and reconciliation of hiring data across the ATS, hiring plan, and downstream systems.
• Recognize recurring Talent Operations trends to enhance workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and facilitate self-service processes.
• Assess, acquire, implement, and manage tools utilized for sourcing, scheduling, reporting, and recruiting operations.
• Develop API-driven reporting, integrations, and automations to minimize manual tasks for recruiters and coordinators.
• Guide process implementations with comprehensive documentation, training, adoption assessments, and follow-up actions.
• Collaborate with recruiters, recruiting coordinators, hiring managers, People leaders, and external partners.
• Enhance candidate and interviewer experiences, mitigate process drift, and provide insights into hiring performance and obstacles.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in recruiting, recruiting operations, talent operations, people systems, or a related systems and data position within a high-growth setting.
• Extensive expertise in ATS, especially with Ashby.
• Capability to design ATS systems involving custom fields, access roles, interview plans, automations, integrations, and foundational reporting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate reports from data.
• Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel.
• Proven experience in maintaining data integrity across an ATS and associated systems.
• Experience in reconciling ATS data with hiring plans or other authoritative sources.
• Solid program and change management capabilities.
• Skill in rolling out processes, educating teams, measuring adoption, and ensuring alignment within the team.
• Exceptional written communication skills.
• Strong documentation practices.
• High attention to detail and sound judgment in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in building or scaling a recruiting operations function at a post-Series B/C company is a plus.
• Familiarity with supporting technical recruiting teams or high-volume engineering hiring is advantageous.
• Practical experience with the Ashby API or ATS-based reporting is a plus.
• Exposure to headcount planning or headcount management systems is a plus.
• Fluency in AI is a plus.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
