Talent Operations Associate Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Conduct introductory and evaluation discussions with candidates to determine their technical and non-technical compatibility with client needs.

• Research client roles to effectively guide candidate conversations and provide authoritative responses to inquiries.

• Gather detailed candidate insights based on structured evaluation criteria.

• Oversee candidate communications, feedback mechanisms, status updates, and transitions to Account Managers.

• Utilize Airtable, Slack, and CRM systems for efficient reporting and operational excellence.

• Observe screening calls, familiarize with internal documentation tools, and increase screening call volume from 15–20 to 25–40 daily.

• Conduct independent candidate screenings in accordance with client interview criteria.

• Take charge of candidate feedback and produce essential reports.

• Master the full spectrum of talent operations.

• 0–1 years of relevant experience; suitable for early-career professionals or recent graduates.

• Proficient in written and spoken English.

• Comfortable leading candidate discussions in a professional manner.

• Quick to comprehend both technical and non-technical job descriptions.

• Excellent research abilities and capability to synthesize information.

• Open to coaching, action-oriented, and adaptable to rapidly changing environments.

• Competent in achieving daily operational objectives.

• Familiarity with Airtable or Slack is advantageous.

• Interest in startup recruitment is a plus.
