This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +1 more country.
• Collaborate closely with the Global Talent Acquisition team, Recruiters, Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, candidates, and stakeholders across various business functions and regions.
• Facilitate the complete recruiting process by ensuring operational excellence, managing candidate experiences, overseeing systems administration, and optimizing processes.
• Organize and schedule interviews across diverse business functions and regions.
• Handle interview logistics, including virtual interviews, travel arrangements, and candidate communications.
• Initiate and oversee background checks, assessments, drug screenings, and other pre-employment activities.
• Act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
• Guarantee a positive and professional candidate experience through timely communication and effective issue resolution.
• Collaborate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to facilitate hiring activities and ensure process efficiency.
• Assist in talent systems administration, which includes troubleshooting, user support, testing, and system enhancements.
• Help implement and optimize talent systems, tools, and technologies.
• Ensure adherence to policies, record-keeping requirements, recruiting processes, and employment regulations.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, process documentation, and training materials.
• Support Talent Acquisition projects, technology enhancements, and operational initiatives.
• Participate in audits and compliance activities as required.
• Aid in standardizing processes across regions, business units, and recruiting teams.
• Identify opportunities for improving recruiting workflows and enhancing operational efficiency.
• Prepare and maintain recruiting reports, metrics, and operational data.
• Assist with change management and user adoption initiatives related to talent systems and process improvements.
• Collaborate with global teams to foster consistency and best practices within Talent Acquisition.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Operations, HR Operations, or Talent Coordination.
• Familiarity with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) such as SmartRecruiters, Workday, or similar platforms.
• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
• Preferred: Experience in supporting ATS administration or recruiting technologies.
• Preferred: Experience in supporting complex, high-volume, or multi-region recruiting scenarios.
• Preferred: Experience in leading operational excellence, process improvement, or workforce administration initiatives.
• Preferred: Experience working in a multinational organization.
