This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +1 more country.
β’ Take ownership of the entire team member lifecycle strategy, from sourcing to onboarding, early-tenure experiences, and offboarding.
β’ Lead and develop a small team focused on recruiting and team member experience.
β’ Establish strategies and standards for proactive sourcing, passive-candidate pipelines, and outreach driven by headhunting.
β’ Enhance skillset agility across Foundant by aligning sourcing and hiring criteria with the evolving needs of the team.
β’ Manage the company-wide partnership with hiring managers.
β’ Direct the onboarding process and early-tenure experiences, including structured check-ins.
β’ Monitor new-hire retention rates and onboarding satisfaction levels.
β’ Measure time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and offer acceptance rates against established targets.
β’ Utilize data to guide recruiting priorities effectively.
β’ Collaborate with colleagues across the People team to integrate recruiting, onboarding, and people operations.
β’ Minimum of 3 years of experience in directly managing individuals, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
β’ At least 5 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, with a focus on developing proactive and passive-candidate sourcing strategies.
β’ Experience working in a growth-stage SaaS company consisting of approximately 300β500 employees.
β’ Proven track record in creating team member lifecycle programs, covering sourcing, onboarding, and early-tenure experiences.
β’ Ability to operate as a player-coach, actively engaging in sourcing, screening, and program development while also setting strategy and mentoring a team.
β’ Must possess legal eligibility to work in Canada or the United States.
