Talent Consultant, Learning, Compensation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver functional support for Talent, Learning, and/or Compensation

• Identify issues and resolve bugs

• Configure and enhance current processes

• Implement minor enhancements and new features

• Assist with Oracle's quarterly updates

• Perform impact assessments and testing

• Offer functional guidance to business stakeholders

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud

• Strong practical knowledge in at least two of the following areas: Talent, Learning, Compensation

• Experience in configuration and support roles

• Background in issue analysis and improvements

• Solid understanding of Core HR processes

• Familiarity with releases and testing

• Capability to work independently with client stakeholders

• Proficient English language skills

• Nice-to-haves: Practical experience across all three modules

• Nice-to-haves: Performance Management expertise

• Nice-to-haves: Experience with Goals

• Nice-to-haves: Knowledge in Succession Planning

• Nice-to-haves: Understanding of International HCM processes
