E-Learning Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create e-learning modules to support the implementation of Oracle Health/Cerner EHR.

• Work in collaboration with clinical and revenue cycle subject matter experts, project management, and leadership teams to identify business needs, workflow integrations, and technical as well as accessibility requirements.

• Utilize Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Creative Cloud software, or Vyond to produce e-learning content.

• Manage SCORM files and upload materials to a Learning Management System (LMS).

• Develop and incorporate multimedia components such as animations, voiceovers, screen captures, videos, and graphics.

• Tailor e-learning content to be specific to roles and sites for various user groups.

• Ensure that e-learning complies with 508 accessibility standards, including testing and revisions.

• Generate and sustain comprehensive development and revision documentation.

• Apply suggested enhancements based on feedback from both internal and external sources.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience related to large-scale technology implementations; experience with EHR systems, particularly Oracle Health/Cerner, is highly preferred.

• A Bachelor’s degree is required, or alternatively, 9+ years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

• Proficiency in Articulate Storyline and/or Adobe Captivate is required.

• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and best practices in e-learning is essential.

• Experience in video and audio editing is necessary.

• Knowledge of SCORM for tracking learner progress is required.

• Authorization to work in the U.S. is mandatory.

• Ability to obtain and maintain a government clearance of at least a public trust is required.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and manipulating PDFs is necessary.

• Instructional design experience is strongly preferred.

• Familiarity with ADDIE, SAM, agile frameworks, Kirkpatrick Evaluation Model, and compliance with 508 accessibility standards is preferred.

• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud or Vyond is preferred.

• Previous federal government experience is preferred.
