📋 Description

• Implement a dynamic and effective sourcing strategy to discover outstanding talent.

• Perform intricate internet searches utilizing search engines, social media platforms, direct outreach, networks, directories, and recruitment tools and databases.

• Cultivate and establish strong candidate pools across a variety of positions and locations.

• Conduct phone interviews and evaluate candidates based on client position specifications and cultural alignment with the organization.

• Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure satisfaction.

• Regularly update and manage data entry and reports in the applicant tracking system.

• Contribute to special projects as assigned.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Adaptability to change and a demonstrated ability to remain flexible when priorities or directions shift.

• Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team as well as independently.

• Excellent organizational skills and effective time management.

• Familiarity with social media platforms.

• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Suite programs.
