This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Implement comprehensive home and wellness product seeding initiatives, which involve crafting custom gifting kits, orchestrating health event seeding, and overseeing product procurement through internal systems.
• Collaborate with the client Activations team to strategize and execute product seeding for significant global events.
• Act as the primary internal liaison for the client’s concierge agency.
• Conduct weekly alignment meetings, coordinate logistics with client team leads, and manage workflow processes.
• Direct seeding strategies in partnership with client agency partners.
• Collect post-seeding feedback from talent and maintain ongoing reporting presentations and quarterly business review contributions.
• Supervise the Health Clinicians initiative in collaboration with Product Marketing Management and Business Development.
• Build relationships with leading clinicians and connect expert insights to PR, marketing, and product feedback channels.
• Carry out talent background and alignment assessments across home and wellness projects.
• Manage internal content evaluations, gather stakeholder feedback, and ensure final approvals across functions.
• 5+ Years of Relevant Experience: Demonstrated success in influencer marketing, agency management, talent relations, or VIP concierge seeding operations.
• Health Space Expertise: Established experience, functional knowledge, and presence within the health, wellness, and clinician sectors.
• Agency Management: Proven ability to manage external agencies, high-touch support vendors, and cross-functional teams effectively.
• Strong capacity to independently prioritize and manage multiple complex project timelines simultaneously.
• Professional and personable demeanor suitable for direct engagement with high-profile talent, agency executives, and internal stakeholders.
• Strategic Concierge Mindset: A proactive, service-oriented approach to talent support, logistics resolution, and fostering genuine long-term relationships.
• Willingness to travel monthly for major events, agency meetings, and activations.
• Highly motivated, organized, and determined problem-solver with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Capacity to adapt in uncertain situations and actively seek out solutions, answers, and information.
