Talent Acquisition Specialist, German, English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment process from the initial intake call to the offer stage.

• Conduct recruitment activities across Germany, Austria, the Nordics, Benelux, and various other EMEA markets.

• Work closely with hiring managers to comprehend their hiring needs and assist in recruitment efforts.

• Identify and source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and various other recruitment platforms.

• Perform screening calls, interviews, and assessments of candidates.

• Develop and sustain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and talent mapping strategies.

• Handle multiple vacancies concurrently while ensuring a superb candidate experience.

• Keep precise records of recruitment data and activities within ATS systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in recruitment, whether in agency, RPO, or in-house settings.

• Proven experience in managing or assisting with end-to-end recruitment processes.

• Proficiency in the German language at a minimum B2 level.

• Proficiency in the English language at a minimum B2 level.

• Familiarity with sourcing candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools.

• Exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Capability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• A proactive approach with a desire to learn and grow within Talent Acquisition.

• Experience in recruiting within the pharmaceutical sector (preferred).

• Familiarity with Workday ATS (preferred).

• Experience supporting recruitment efforts across various European markets (preferred).
