Talent Acquisition Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete cycle of recruitment and talent acquisition strategies for the company.

• Identify, attract, and recruit new talent to fulfill workforce requirements and objectives.

• Support various HR administrative functions.

• Manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish for the region, with minimal guidance from the manager.

• Source candidates with technical expertise through headhunting, social media, referral-based sourcing, professional networking, and behavioral interviewing.

• Collaborate closely with the HR team and engage with different areas of the business.

• Gather recruitment briefs and liaise with management across diverse cultures and backgrounds.

• Pose insightful questions and challenge management on critical decisions to ensure compliance with the recruitment process.

• Capacity to prioritize tasks and complete projects within stipulated deadlines.

• Demonstrated experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition specialist.

• Outstanding communication abilities.

• Comprehensive understanding of recruitment strategies, policies, and best practices.

• Practical experience with various selection methods, including phone interviews and reference checks.

• Proficiency in conducting various interview formats, including structured, competency-based, and behavioral interviews.

• Familiarity with HR databases and applicant tracking systems.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic is preferred.
