Recruitment and Selection Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment and selection process.

• Align candidate profiles with the needs of hiring managers and clients.

• Promote job openings across various recruitment platforms.

• Engage in active sourcing via LinkedIn.

• Review resumes and manage candidate progress using the Pandapé ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.

• Conduct competency-based interviews.

• Develop technical assessments for candidates and provide support throughout the selection process.

• Handle a significant number of vacancies concurrently.

• Evaluate candidates' proficiency in English.

• Attend meetings with global clients.

• Execute recruitment processes across various departments and seniority levels, in accordance with client specifications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and selection.

• Background in HR consulting and managing high-volume recruitment processes.

• Familiarity with the Pandapé ATS.

• Experience utilizing LinkedIn for candidate sourcing and proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, as well as Outlook and Microsoft Teams.

• Advanced English proficiency, capable of reading, conversing, and participating in professional discussions.

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Preferred experience in recruiting Information Technology (IT) professionals.

• Preferred experience in managing recruitment processes for cooperatives.

• Preferred experience in recruiting for strategic positions.

• Preferred experience in actively sourcing specialized and hard-to-attract professionals.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational and self-management capabilities.

• Proactive, resourceful, and able to work autonomously.

• High level of commitment and sense of urgency.

• Ability to manage recruitment processes efficiently and prioritize effectively.

• Comfortable managing multiple demands and collaborating with diverse client profiles.
