This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +2 more states.
• Oversee the complete life-cycle recruitment process for Operations, Engineering, R&D, and various other positions across multiple locations.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to establish role specifications, timelines, and necessary competencies.
• Set expectations aligned with current market conditions.
• Identify and engage passive candidates through job boards, social media, databases, web mining, and non-traditional avenues.
• Develop and sustain talent pipelines for both high-volume and specialized roles.
• Assess applications, conduct initial screenings, organize interviews, and guide candidates through every stage of the hiring process.
• Ensure accuracy of data and adherence to processes within Workday and other recruitment tools.
• Maintain regular communication and provide progress updates to hiring managers, HR partners, and Talent Acquisition leadership.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through prompt communication and professional interaction.
• Engage in Talent Acquisition initiatives aimed at process improvement or scaling support for business expansion.
• Achieve or surpass service level agreement (SLA) targets for time-to-accept, time-to-start, and pipeline development.
• Create innovative sourcing strategies and utilize market insights to influence decision-making.
• Consistently deliver high-quality hires and enhance Entegris’ standing as an employer of choice.
• Previous corporate recruiting experience is essential.
• Strong sourcing and hunting skills, with a background in high-volume or technical recruitment environments.
• Experience in recruiting both exempt (salaried) and non-exempt (hourly) roles within a manufacturing setting is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of the chemical, plastics, or semiconductor sectors is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with and influence hiring managers.
• Comprehensive understanding of applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred) and contemporary sourcing tools.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with excellent prioritization and time management abilities.
• Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities with the aptitude to evaluate candidate markets and provide valuable insights.
• Ability to foresee hiring challenges and devise proactive solutions.
• Comfortable with navigating complex or shifting business requirements.
• Possesses strong consultative skills with the capacity to influence hiring managers.
• Exhibits sound judgment in balancing business urgency with the quality of hires.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
