📋 Description

• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing requirements and create effective recruitment strategies.

• Identify candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.

• Perform initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.

• Oversee the complete recruitment process, from posting job vacancies to extending offers and facilitating onboarding.

• Develop and sustain a pipeline of qualified candidates for upcoming hiring needs.

• Establish and nurture relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

• Leverage data and analytics to assess recruitment success and inform data-driven strategies.

• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or in a comparable role.

• Solid understanding of recruitment methodologies and best practices.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities.

• Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.

• Strong organizational skills and effective time management.
