This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +8 more states.
• Oversee talent acquisition initiatives to attract exceptional healthcare professionals.
• Develop a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aimed at building a premier team.
• Execute full-cycle recruitment for both corporate and healthcare roles.
• Recruit for a variety of positions and adjust to diverse staffing requirements.
• Cultivate relationships and collaborate with senior management and hiring managers to comprehend hiring needs and team objectives.
• Collaborate with the wider people team to create efficient and scalable recruitment processes.
• Create and refine job postings, descriptions, and position specifications.
• Source both active and passive candidates through online platforms, internal databases, employee referrals, networking, and research.
• Screen candidates and conduct video interviews.
• Verify that candidates fulfill licensing, certification, education, and experience criteria.
• Assist in gathering certification documentation.
• Maintain candidate activity within the applicant tracking system.
• Travel bi-annually for on-site Talent Acquisition and People meetings.
• A minimum of 3 years of in-house full-cycle recruiting experience in the Healthcare sector.
• Adaptable with the ability to excel in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
• Proven experience in managing and prioritizing multiple recruitment searches.
• Familiarity with various recruitment methodologies.
• Proficient in collaborating effectively with all management levels.
• Capable of independently managing priorities and workflows.
• Skilled in navigating ambiguity and resolving complex challenges while partnering with business stakeholders to achieve shared objectives.
• Understanding of State and Federal employment regulations.
• Candidates must reside in California, Texas, Arizona, Colorado, Illinois, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, or Washington.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Required to complete identity and work eligibility verification using E-Verify upon hiring.
• Proficiency in Ashby is preferred.
• Experience in recruiting for Enhanced Care Management & Palliative Care positions is preferred.
• Previous remote work experience is preferred.
