Senior Recruiter – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more locations.

📋 Description

• Independently develop and manage staffing, employment, and recruitment initiatives.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to outline job requirements and formulate requisitions.

• Identify suitable recruitment channels for advertising and posting significant roles.

• Enhance the company’s image to candidates and external service providers.

• Source candidates and establish networks and processes to uphold a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.

• Pre-screen resumes and assess electronic candidate evaluation tools.

• Record candidate assessments and interview processes.

• Negotiate or assist in the creation of compensation packages and offers for new hires.

• Ensure that employment background checks are performed.

• Manage relationships with external recruiters.

• Maintain recruiting systems with necessary information.

• Ensure adherence to legal regulations.

• Compile and analyze recruitment process data.

• Execute projects aimed at enhancing recruitment activities.

• Mentor junior team members.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.

• Capacity to uphold a high level of confidentiality.

• Strong persuasion skills and the capability to represent Worldwide Clinical Trials as a premier potential employer.

• Ability to lead the recruitment process and assertively engage with hiring managers.

• A degree or equivalent along with 4 years of relevant experience.

• Experience in the Clinical Operations sector is beneficial.

• Previous experience in recruitment is a plus.
