This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Collaborate with both internal and external hiring managers to facilitate the sourcing and selection of talent for the Deployment Solutions business unit.
• Proactively identify and engage high-performing passive candidates, building talent pipelines for roles in medical sales and life sciences, including MSL, nursing, and clinical educator positions.
• Establish and nurture relationships with hiring managers to clarify job specifications and expectations.
• Evaluate candidates against relevant criteria prior to initiating searches.
• Oversee the entire recruiting process, which includes sourcing, selection, offer negotiations, and pre-hire onboarding in collaboration with HR Operations.
• Handle multiple job requisitions concurrently.
• Conduct both phone and in-person/virtual interviews.
• Assess candidates’ cultural compatibility and performance potential.
• Maintain communication with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
• Enhance the attraction, screening, and selection processes.
• Implement innovative strategies and technologies while ensuring fiscal responsibility.
• Partner with the Talent Acquisition team, HR stakeholders, and hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate experience from start to finish.
• Undertake additional tasks as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• A minimum of two years of demonstrated experience in high-volume staffing/recruiting for medical and sales pharmaceutical professionals is essential.
• Proven experience in strategic sourcing, talent pipeline creation, and high-volume recruitment.
• Familiarity with Smart Recruiter or other relevant Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter for passive sourcing.
• Exceptional follow-through, a sense of urgency, and the ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Capability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders, customers, and clients.
• Adaptable and flexible, with a strong ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and projects.
• Strong customer-facing skills and the ability to cultivate relationships with hiring managers and clients.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Full-time availability, committing at least 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% may be required.
