Talent Acquisition Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Lead and cultivate the Talent Acquisition team based in Manila.

• Develop scalable recruitment strategies tailored for high-volume hiring.

• Achieve hiring targets and meet client ramp-up demands.

• Supervise sourcing, recruitment marketing, referrals, and talent pipeline strategies.

• Track and enhance time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate conversion rates.

• Collaborate closely with Operations, HR, and senior leadership teams.

• Direct workforce planning for new initiatives, expansions, and hiring surges.

• Utilize recruitment data and market insights to inform hiring decisions.

• Enhance employer branding and improve the candidate experience.

• Manage multiple client needs and recruitment priorities concurrently.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English, both in writing and speaking.

• Significant leadership experience in Talent Acquisition within the Philippines.

• Demonstrated ability in managing high-volume recruitment processes.

• Experience in leading recruiters, sourcing teams, and/or Talent Acquisition managers.

• Deep understanding of the Manila talent landscape.

• Proven track record of supporting rapid growth and handling multiple hiring demands simultaneously.

• A commercial, hands-on, and results-driven approach.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
