This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
• Facilitate phone screenings, assessments, panel interviews, and various interview phases across candidates, interviewers, and different time zones.
• Handle intricate scheduling and adapt to shifting priorities effectively.
• Ensure candidates and interview teams receive the necessary information and assistance.
• Detect and address scheduling conflicts, process gaps, and possible delays.
• Provide a thoughtful, consistent, and high-touch candidate experience.
• Act as a primary contact for candidates with clear and timely communication and support.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners to keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the process.
• Establish relationships with Talent Acquisition Partners, Sourcers, hiring managers, interview teams, and cross-functional partners.
• Assist with interview logistics, process inquiries, pre-briefs, debriefs, and coordination requirements.
• Maintain recruiting data, candidate records, interview plans, workflows, and documentation.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements to the recruiting process.
• Work alongside Talent Acquisition Operations on reporting, documentation, tools, and automation strategies.
• Promote the utilization of recruiting technology and AI-enabled tools.
• Support Talent Acquisition programs and initiatives.
• Keep recruiting resources, templates, documentation, and team knowledge up to date.
• Contribute to employer branding, referrals, recruiting events, and other talent initiatives.
• Proven experience in recruiting coordination, Talent Acquisition, People Operations, or a similarly fast-paced, highly organized setting.
• Capability to manage complex scheduling across various stakeholders, priorities, and time zones with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Proactive problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and the capacity to escalate issues when necessary.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong sense of ownership and urgency, with the ability to adapt as priorities and processes change.
• Familiarity with Greenhouse, ModernLoop, Google Workspace, and Slack.
• Curiosity about automation and AI-enabled recruiting tools.
• Nice to have: experience in recruiting support within a high-growth or globally distributed technology firm.
