This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, extending offers, closing candidates, hiring, and facilitating onboarding.
β’ Discover, source, and engage healthcare providers using innovative and creative sourcing techniques.
β’ Conduct video interviews to evaluate cultural fit, clinical excellence, technological skills, customer-centric care delivery, and suitability for virtual practice.
β’ Develop, sustain, and grow a network of provider talent and industry connections.
β’ Act as the main point of contact for candidates, offering communication, guidance, and updates on their status.
β’ Assess, pre-screen, and evaluate candidates based on qualifications, experience, and job specifications.
β’ Stay informed about Teladoc Health's clinical services, provider prerequisites, and value proposition.
β’ Provide reports on recruitment activities, hiring progress, and market insights to the Director of Recruitment.
β’ Record and monitor candidate activities in the applicant tracking system.
β’ Enhance recruitment processes, candidate experiences, and hiring results.
β’ Collaborate with Credentialing, Onboarding, Training, and Operations teams to facilitate provider recruitment.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of proven recruiting experience in a dynamic environment.
β’ A strong history of successful recruitment across various levels of positions.
β’ Innovative strategies for attracting and securing top talent.
β’ Capability to independently manage the complete life-cycle recruiting process.
β’ A proactive approach to networking and relationship development.
β’ Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, documentation procedures, and process-oriented tasks.
β’ Ability to cultivate relationships at all levels within the organization.
β’ A strong work ethic, integrity, and personal responsibility.
β’ Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
β’ Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
β’ Proven skills in time management and a strong sense of urgency.
β’ Up-to-date knowledge of confidentiality regulations, compliance, employment, and labor laws.
β’ A strong enthusiasm for teamwork and collaboration.
β’ Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
β’ Over 1 year of experience with Workday (preferred).
β’ Experience in supporting high-volume provider roles (preferred).
