This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment process from beginning to offer acceptance, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

• Identify and recruit IT professionals for various strategic accounts, mainly on a contractual basis.

• Conduct intake meetings with clients to set qualification criteria and align on candidate specifications.

• Review resumes and job applications, and conduct interviews to create shortlists of qualified candidates.

• Develop and sustain talent pipelines with high-potential candidates for upcoming job openings.

• Advertise job opportunities on career pages, job boards, and social media platforms to attract top talent.

• Prepare candidates thoroughly for interviews with clients.

• Foster strong relationships with Account Managers, Recruiters, and prospective IT candidates to ensure successful placements.

• Utilize AI tools such as Sense messaging to maintain communication with consultants and candidates.

• Employ Bullhorn ATS and VMS tools like Fieldglass, Beeline, and Simplify for tracking consultants and candidates.

• Engage in daily meetings with the recruiting team to review open positions and prioritize urgent needs.

• Deliver 8-10 qualified candidates per week to clients, pending approval from the Account/Delivery Manager.

• Uphold a high standard of professionalism and consistency, representing PTR Global with integrity.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in agency IT contract staffing, with a solid understanding of W2 IT requirements.

• Dependable network connectivity and a suitable work-from-home setup.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to effectively engage with both candidates and clients.
