Tactical Portfolio Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

📋 Description

• Lead the ongoing development and enhancement of the Hybrid & Cloud portfolio.

• Optimize portfolio investments to maximize returns and ensure sustained profitability alongside Service Owners.

• Assist sales teams and solution specialists by articulating the portfolio strategy, customer value, and service differentiation.

• Engage in selected customer interactions and support key strategic business opportunities.

• Foster strong collaborations across sales, delivery, marketing, and product teams.

• Track and report on portfolio performance, trends, and results.

• Work with vendors and technology partners on market analysis, customer events, and go-to-market strategies.

• Lead and validate new service development initiatives, including creating business cases and gaining stakeholder support.

• Collaborate with procurement teams to assess and select new technologies.

• Contribute to the overall success and growth of the Hybrid & Cloud portfolio.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in portfolio management, service portfolio governance, service development, or product and service strategy, preferably in technology-focused organizations.

• Strong interest in Hybrid & Cloud technologies and digital services.

• Ability to transform insights, data, and market trends into actionable decisions.

• Comfortable interacting with customers, partners, vendors, and senior stakeholders.

• Commercially minded with a strong emphasis on customer focus.

• Organized, proactive, and capable of driving initiatives independently.

• Ability to build trust through effective collaboration and clear communication.

• Proficient in both Swedish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

• May require security vetting, background checks, and reference verifications.
