📋 Description

• Develop scalable architecture blueprints for NCFMS modules that adhere to federal financial standards.

• Supervise the integration of financial databases, cloud services, and web applications.

• Implement federal security measures, including compliance with NIST 800-53 and FedRAMP.

• Collaborate with agency program managers, financial analysts, and cybersecurity teams to address system bottlenecks.

• Provide Operations and Maintenance support for the Department of Labor’s New Core Financial Management System.

• Assist in the continuous enhancement of financial management services, ensuring system performance, security, and availability.

• May require in-person attendance at meetings held at DOL headquarters in Washington, DC.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 12 years of experience in enterprise-scale solution architecture, particularly with federal financial systems or large-scale Oracle ERP implementations.

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, ideally in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related engineering discipline.

• Extensive knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).

• Proficiency in database administration (Oracle/SQL).

• Expertise in modern API microservices.

• Eligibility to obtain a Public Trust Level 5 or 6 clearance.

• All work must be performed within the continental United States.

• Accessing Government Furnished Equipment or logging into the DOL network from outside the U.S. without proper authorization is not permitted.

• Experience with DOL NCFMS or large federal Oracle EBS implementations.

• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.

• Interest or experience in AI-related projects.

• Strong communication skills.
