This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Provide Gold Support through on-site and remote Tier 3 engineering and solutions architecture.
• Install, integrate, and maintain F5 TLS Proxy solutions in collaboration with the client’s F5 support team.
• Conduct OS and Nutanix installations, patching, upgrades, and network configurations.
• Oversee Hypori Halo server infrastructure, including capacity planning and hardware lifecycle management.
• Assist with PKI provisioning, certificate management, and integration within customer environments.
• Generate and manage Hypori license keys for renewal purposes.
• Configure and maintain Hypori platform software, including templates, policies, and upgrades.
• Monitor platform health, respond to alerts, and ensure swift incident resolution.
• Review infrastructure specifications, conduct readiness assessments, and provide purchasing recommendations.
• Define, document, and implement disaster recovery plans along with conducting annual DR testing.
• Collaborate on planning for releases and patches, including scheduling and communication efforts.
• Test new applications and versions for Hypori virtual devices, preparing release notes and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with audit trails, logging, and change management protocols.
• Address security vulnerabilities identified through penetration testing, ACAS scans, or client reports.
• Act as a technical liaison for client stakeholders, managing communication, reporting, and escalations.
• Deliver operational reviews, status reports, and policy updates to clients and Hypori leadership.
• Possession of an active Top Secret clearance (SCI eligible).
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in systems engineering, systems integration, or enterprise IT infrastructure support.
• Strong expertise in TLS/PKI provisioning, certificate management, and secure infrastructure integration.
• Experience in supporting enterprise-class server hardware as well as decommissioning and lifecycle processes.
• Familiarity with network engineering concepts and F5 TLS Proxy or similar load-balancing/security solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities and experience managing Tier 3 escalations.
• Exceptional documentation, communication, and customer-facing skills.
• Active CompTIA Security+ certification.
• Advanced knowledge of computer software and hardware systems.
• Solid understanding of Android, Azure, and AWS (Amazon Web Services) platforms.
