Solutions Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide enterprise-level application implementation services and support throughout the project design, build, testing, and training phases.

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of xMatters products and their various use cases.

• Guide customers in gathering requirements, mapping business value, and conducting workshops.

• Assess customer challenges and create actionable insights and recommendations.

• Deliver consulting services post-sale across the entire engagement, including client management, implementation, and knowledge transfer.

• Oversee customer expectations, project scope, and timelines effectively.

• Pinpoint opportunities for targeted initial deployments that facilitate adoption and provide early value.

• Suggest and implement solutions that align with customer needs within the defined time and scope.

• Configure integrations and data synchronization between xMatters and external applications.

• Maintain regular communication with customers and foster effective working relationships throughout each project.

• Assist in defining the scope of consulting engagements and estimating the required effort.

• Identify areas for improvement within xMatters and proactively develop innovative solutions.

• Continuously enhance skills and knowledge to assume greater responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in professional services, software consulting, or implementation.

• At least 3 years of experience in managing projects or client relationships.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying technical and business concepts to stakeholders at all levels.

• Proven track record in developing and deploying technical solutions.

• Strong judgment and decision-making abilities, particularly in situations where information is incomplete or contradictory.

• Excellent project planning and organizational skills.

• Analytical problem-solving capabilities, including the aptitude to translate customer needs and objectives into technical solutions.

• Ability to work independently with a strong sense of integrity and accountability.

• Solid understanding of incident management, particularly in major incident scenarios.

• Familiarity with event management, observability, collaboration-tool integrations, and related processes.
