Mid-Level Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee a client portfolio, ensuring their needs are addressed efficiently.

• Comprehend clients’ objectives and requirements to offer technical advice and customized solutions.

• Utilize the AWS Well-Architected Framework to pinpoint risks, enhancement opportunities, and best practices.

• Cultivate strong client relationships while gaining insight into their business and technical challenges.

• Actively resolve issues to maintain client satisfaction.

• Convert technical specifications into terminology that clients can readily grasp.

• Collaborate with Sales, Product Development, and Technical Support teams.

• Provide insights regarding clients’ needs and concerns.

• Identify technical or operational risks and develop follow-up strategies.

• Assess when a request necessitates escalation and liaise with the appropriate teams.

• Recognize opportunities to enhance the client experience and internal workflows.

• Delegate responsibilities, outline next steps and deadlines, and monitor action plans to completion.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• Prior experience in a role such as Technical Account Manager, Solutions Architect, Pre-Sales professional, or a similar customer-facing position.

• In-depth knowledge of public cloud technologies, preferably AWS.

• Comprehensive understanding of the AWS Well-Architected Framework and its best practices.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Capacity to organize and manage multiple requests concurrently.

• Familiarity with project management and action-plan tracking.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
