Lead Business Solutions Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Develop, plan, and create intricate business solutions utilizing various technological tools and programs.

• Perform thorough research and gather requirements to understand customer needs.

• Oversee and lead the operational aspects of the development process.

• Serve as a subject matter expert, offering advice, support, and guidance.

• Mentor team members and collaborate on development and solution strategies.

• Manage the complete implementation process while leading project teams.

• Identify business needs and conduct requirements gathering.

• Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders throughout the solution development phase.

• Execute complex research and advanced analysis utilizing SQL and Power BI (DAX).

• Discover effective methods and tools for developing scalable solutions.

• Conduct code reviews and oversee pull requests.

• Write SQL, Power BI, and Snowflake code for software applications and programs.

• Recommend solutions for implementation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Over 8 years of experience in the field or a related area.

• Completion of a technical training program (e.g., LaunchCode, FDM, etc.) may be accepted in place of a bachelor's degree.

• Experience in the healthcare sector is a plus.

• Basic understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

• Advanced expertise in SQL.

• Intermediate proficiency in Power BI and DAX.

• Intermediate knowledge of OLAP databases, including Snowflake and Teradata.

• Intermediate understanding of relational databases.

• Capability to be self-sufficient.
