This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Proven experience in systems architecture to tackle both technical and business challenges.
• Familiarity with platforms and tools pertinent to key initiatives.
• Conduct critical analysis of requirements and modeling to translate challenges identified by the business.
• Define and support the architecture of software and solutions.
• Apply Agile methodologies effectively.
• Act as a Technical Lead and/or Architect on Salesforce projects.
• Create, design, present, and implement solutions for projects.
• Define and design optimal technical and functional solutions while considering risks and impacts.
• Propose technical solutions that take into account performance, scalability, maintainability, and platform limitations.
• Ensure visibility into and management of interdependencies across features.
• Generate technical documentation.
• Support and mentor implementation, development, and testing teams.
• Provide advisory support in technical and functional forums.
• Serve as a technical and functional reference for Salesforce.
• Oversee the technical refinement of requirements.
• Assist in troubleshooting critical issues and participate in war rooms.
• Escalate and guide the resolution of technical impediments.
• Lead engagements and actions related to the technical scope during refinement sessions.
• Advocate for technical solutions before the Technical Center of Excellence (COE).
• Assist in the technical detailing of the feature roadmap.
• Maintain up-to-date controls and tools.
• Extensive knowledge of declarative customization in Salesforce Core, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
• Proficient understanding of Salesforce backend and frontend programmatic capabilities, including Apex, LWC, and Aura.
• In-depth knowledge of APIs and microservices (REST, SOAP).
• Familiarity with deployment processes and tools, preferably Git.
• Experience in administering users, systems, profiles, permissions, and access controls.
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Development or a related technology field, ideally in Software Engineering.
• Salesforce certifications focused on solution architecture and/or technical leadership.
• Over 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Architect.
• Experience with projects involving solution and technical architecture definitions for integration between Salesforce and Artificial Intelligence.
