Software Engineer – Salesforce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and sustain scalable Salesforce solutions that are in line with business requirements and industry best practices.

• Create custom solutions utilizing Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies.

• Offer architectural guidance and support.

• Develop and manage Salesforce CPQ solutions, encompassing product configurations, pricing rules, and quote templates.

• Enhance CPQ processes and resolve CPQ-related issues.

• Tailor Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities, including workflows, approval processes, and automation features.

• Deliver hands-on end-user assistance and troubleshoot any arising issues.

• Implement and personalize Experience Cloud portals and communities.

• Design and create integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems using MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware solutions.

• Monitor the performance of integrations and ensure data integrity is maintained.

• Conduct system audits, data hygiene tasks, and perform platform updates.

• Analyze business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.

• Build and deploy Salesforce features, applications, and enhancements effectively.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, prototype solutions, and achieve results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years in software engineering or development.

• At least 2 years of experience with Salesforce.

• Strong proficiency in writing, debugging, and optimizing Apex code, triggers, and classes.

• Familiarity with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flows, and Process Builder.

• Comprehensive understanding of Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ + Billing).

• Demonstrated experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

• Expertise in integrating Salesforce with external systems through APIs, middleware, or custom solutions.

• Understanding of the Salesforce development lifecycle, sandbox management, version control, and deployment processes using Gearset, Copado, or Change Sets.

• Knowledge of Salesforce security models, sharing rules, and user permission management.

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely; employer work permit sponsorship not available.

• Willingness to travel under 10% of the time.
