Systems and Integrations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Integrate new properties into the software platform.

• Lead data and PMS migration during the sale or transfer of assets.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for user inquiries and ensure that tickets are submitted or escalated appropriately.

• Oversee the ticketing system and monitor KPIs for the Systems Specialist role.

• Utilize MRI, Yardi, Entrata, Bluemoon, Funnel, and other systems related to operational and leasing needs and their integrations.

• Collaborate with the Director of Innovation to address systems issues.

• Uphold GMH standards and processes within the property management system.

• Introduce new techniques and functionalities within the platform.

• Partner with the Director of Innovation and the VP of Leasing and Operations to develop SOPs and assist with e-learning content, training events, and modifications to learning programs.

• Prepare property reports accurately and in a timely manner.

• Provide assistance with billing discrepancies, audits, real-time data, and financial reporting related to the system.

• Update and maintain the user database.

• Supervise and manage the Systems Specialist position.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or over 5 years of experience with student/multi-family housing software, including Entrata and Yardi.

• More than 5 years of experience in a management or educational role with a proven history of success.

• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.

• Proficient in internet usage and Microsoft Office applications.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the capability to educate others.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining efficiency in assigned duties.
