This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the design, execution, and enhancement of enterprise-wide workflows utilizing the Jack Henry Silverlake Core System.
• Spearhead the development and implementation of automated workflows across various departments using JHA Enterprise Workflow or comparable platforms.
• Collaborate with business units to analyze current processes, pinpoint inefficiencies, and deploy scalable automation solutions.
• Act as a subject matter expert on best practices and governance related to workflows.
• Create documentation and training materials, including flow diagrams, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and risk assessments.
• Work in partnership with the Banking Systems Administrator to manage core changes effectively.
• Convert business requirements into technical specifications for workflow automation within the Jack Henry & Associates framework.
• Collaborate with IT, Operations, Compliance, and other departments to ensure workflows adhere to regulatory and business requirements.
• Stay updated on relevant regulatory requirements, as well as established bank policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Investigate suspicious activities and work with relevant departments to prevent fraud.
• Promote operational efficiency and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or 3+ years of experience in workflow automation, business process improvement, or systems analysis.
• Demonstrated experience with workflow automation platforms.
• Experience with core banking systems is preferred, particularly with Jack Henry Silverlake.
• Familiarity with APIs and system integrations.
• Capability to comprehend API functionality and data flows.
• Competence in troubleshooting integration issues alongside technical teams.
• Strong grasp of banking operations, compliance standards, and customer service workflows.
• Proficient in Excel, databases, and form-building tools.
• Completion of mandatory compliance and IT training is required.
• Must confirm non-smoking status or commitment to cessation within 90 days of accepting the offer.
