Lead Financial Systems Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead the Finance System Analyst team.

• Supervise daily operations and activities of the team.

• Ensure that projects are in alignment with business objectives and are completed within deadlines and budget constraints.

• Provide comprehensive guidance on project management and overall quality assurance.

• Serve as the main liaison between Finance, IT, and other departments.

• Oversee the design, implementation, and upkeep of financial systems.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and execute solutions.

• Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal policies.

• Prepare and deliver reports to management and stakeholders.

• Promote a collaborative and innovative team atmosphere.

• Participate in the development and execution of strategic plans for financial systems.

• Manage the finance systems product backlog and prioritize development initiatives.

• Support and mentor production support staff in resolving complex issues.

• Assess emerging technologies and recommend integrations.

• Assist managers in leading cross-functional system implementation and enhancement initiatives.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Adhere to all policies and standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field is required.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial systems or a comparable role.

• Leadership experience is mandatory.

• In-depth knowledge of financial systems.

• Extensive expertise in data management.

• Strong understanding of project management.

• Qualified candidates with arrest or conviction records will be considered in accordance with the LA County Ordinance and the California Fair Chance Act.
