This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain IT infrastructure solutions.
• Contribute to global projects that involve collaboration with other IT resources.
• Utilize AI tools for daily operations and enhancements in technology.
• Manage AI security, MCPs, agents, and various AI technologies.
• Analyze, design, and implement Microsoft solutions within a global enterprise setting.
• Administer VMware 7+, Windows OS 2012+, including clustering and load balancing.
• Ensure consistent levels of hardware/software patches and firmware updates.
• Oversee Azure and AWS cloud infrastructure administration.
• Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure solutions for new initiatives.
• Handle user management, security, and email within Active Directory and Azure AD/O365.
• Administer storage SANs and dedicated storage disks effectively.
• Address higher-tier incidents and respond to after-hours calls and alerts as necessary.
• Manage and monitor backup systems and disaster recovery processes.
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures, processes, and policy documentation.
• Deploy and maintain Windows servers and storage SANs following security and sustainability best practices.
• Mentor, train, and collaborate with team members.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with a focus on Information Technology or Computer Science.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including India Hours from 12 PM IST to 9 PM IST, and US Hours if necessary.
• Advanced level MCSE/Azure/AWS/VMware Certification.
• Advanced expertise in Windows Server.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Azure.
• Advanced knowledge of VMware 7+.
• Proficiency in PowerShell/VB Script/SQL/Python scripting at an advanced level.
• Advanced understanding of TCP/IP, subnetting, DNS, DHCP, FTP/SFTP.
• Experience with Microsoft Exchange/Office 365 and Azure Administration.
• Proficient in managing servers, storage, backups, and security.
• Skilled in Active Directory/Entra AD and Group Policy management.
• Experience in SAN administration.
• Proficient in VMware Administration.
• Strong organizational skills: ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and complete all assignments.
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Experience in vendor management.
• A quiet, private, and distraction-free workspace without conflicting responsibilities during scheduled work hours.
• Internet speed of at least 100 MBPS and 9 hours of power backup available.
