System Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Provide strategic oversight and direction on system operations, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance across various platforms.

• Collaborate with leadership and technical teams to identify operational challenges and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and service delivery.

• Analyze operational metrics, system performance, and trends to deliver actionable insights and recommendations.

• Assist in resolving complex system issues and escalations, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimization, automation, and the adoption of operational best practices.

• Take ownership of strategic system operations initiatives and performance enhancements.

• Work in conjunction with technical teams, leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Promote system reliability, efficiency, and ongoing operational enhancement.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience in system operations, IT service delivery, or technology operations roles.

• Solid understanding of system performance, incident management, and operational processes.

• ITIL certification preferred.

• Experience in complex, enterprise-level technology environments.

• Strong analytical skills with the capacity to translate data into operational improvements.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Must be remote-based within the United States.
