This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.
β’ Lead and cultivate resources for functional, technical, and project delivery.
β’ Oversee comprehensive implementations, enhancements, integrations, and transformation initiatives related to revenue management applications.
β’ Direct intricate, multi-workstream client engagements from the discovery phase to deployment, stabilization, and transition to support.
β’ Act as the primary delivery leader in client interactions, fostering relationships with senior stakeholders.
β’ Create and oversee project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, resources, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and acceptance criteria.
β’ Coordinate delivery efforts among client teams, software vendors, system integrators, data providers, and third-party collaborators.
β’ Develop governance models, status reports, steering committee materials, communication strategies, and change management plans.
β’ Provide leadership in pharmaceutical revenue management integrations with ERP, data, chargeback, rebate, pricing, membership, and financial systems.
β’ Define solution architecture, configuration, integration, data conversion, testing, deployment, and operational readiness.
β’ Convert business and regulatory requirements into processes, system requirements, controls, and implementation frameworks.
β’ Lead SDLC activities, devise testing strategies, manage defect governance, data reconciliation, cutover, go-live readiness, and stabilization.
β’ Counsel clients on the implications of the Inflation Reduction Act and the Medicare Drug Price Negotiation Program.
β’ Assist in business development through opportunities, RFPs, statements of work, solution strategies, estimates, presentations, and proposals.
β’ Create market-facing offerings, thought leadership pieces, case studies, reusable assets, and alliance partnerships.
β’ Proven experience in managing and developing teams while independently leading complex client-facing engagements.
β’ Extensive revenue management experience and practical expertise with the Model N full suite across implementation, enhancement, integration, or transformation initiatives.
β’ Advanced knowledge in Commercial Contracting, Managed Care, Government Pricing, Medicaid, technical architecture/integration, or automation.
β’ Capability to create and manage project timelines, integrated project plans, governance structures, communication strategies, change management plans, and cross-vendor delivery frameworks.
β’ Strong SDLC experience that encompasses requirements, design, build, SIT, UAT, cutover, deployment, and stabilization.
β’ Experience in addressing the impacts of the Inflation Reduction Act, including operational or technological readiness for MFP-related processes.
β’ Exceptional executive-level communication, facilitation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
β’ Experience supporting business development through proposals, statements of work, estimates, solutioning, and client presentations.
β’ Preferred: Familiarity with integrating Model N with SAP, Oracle, data lakes, data warehouses, claims platforms, chargeback systems, contract platforms, or other revenue management technologies.
β’ Preferred: Experience with data conversion, reconciliation, master data management, system controls, and documentation prepared for audits.
β’ Preferred: Certifications such as PMP, Agile, Scrum, change management, Model N, cloud, or related fields.
β’ Preferred: Experience in leading distributed teams and coordinating multiple vendors across different time zones.
