Human Resources Computer Systems Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.

📋 Description

• Deliver technical and functional support along with enhancements for Oracle Cloud HCM applications.

• Ensure Redwood functionality is maintained across HCM modules.

• Supervise configuration workbooks and document system configurations and process workflows.

• Assist in implementing artificial intelligence capabilities within HR systems.

• Execute eligibility batch processes while managing eligibility criteria and documenting reassignments.

• Diagnose and resolve intricate HRIS technical issues to enhance HCM processes.

• Test and validate HCM processes in test environments prior to production deployment.

• Collaborate with HR professionals and stakeholders to enhance HCM functionality.

• Offer customer service, diagnosis, replication, and resolution for complex Oracle product service requests.

• Support HCM modules such as Core HR, Talent Management, Recruiting, Benefits, and Workforce Compensation.

• Analyze log and trace files to determine problem resolutions.

• Facilitate external data integrations into Oracle Fusion Applications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Level 3: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5 years of pertinent experience, or a Master's degree with 2 years of pertinent experience.

• Level 4: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 9 years of pertinent experience, or a Master's degree with 6 years of pertinent experience.

• Relevant experience with Oracle Human Capital Management Fusion modules, including Recruiting, Workforce Compensation, Talent Management, and Benefits.

• Familiarity with Redwood UI.

• Experience supporting both Cloud and On-Premises customers.

• Understanding of security setup and knowledge of localizations.

• Proficiency in SQL, OTBI/BIP/FRS reports, FBDI, ADFDI, BPM workflows, and Fast Formulas.

• Ability to read and interpret software Log and Trace files.

• Knowledge of external data integration services for importing data into Oracle Fusion Applications.

• Experience with Federal Clients is advantageous.

• Must meet Selective Service registration requirements where applicable.
