This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.
β’ Deliver technical and functional support along with enhancements for Oracle Cloud HCM applications.
β’ Ensure Redwood functionality is maintained across HCM modules.
β’ Supervise configuration workbooks and document system configurations and process workflows.
β’ Assist in implementing artificial intelligence capabilities within HR systems.
β’ Execute eligibility batch processes while managing eligibility criteria and documenting reassignments.
β’ Diagnose and resolve intricate HRIS technical issues to enhance HCM processes.
β’ Test and validate HCM processes in test environments prior to production deployment.
β’ Collaborate with HR professionals and stakeholders to enhance HCM functionality.
β’ Offer customer service, diagnosis, replication, and resolution for complex Oracle product service requests.
β’ Support HCM modules such as Core HR, Talent Management, Recruiting, Benefits, and Workforce Compensation.
β’ Analyze log and trace files to determine problem resolutions.
β’ Facilitate external data integrations into Oracle Fusion Applications.
β’ Level 3: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5 years of pertinent experience, or a Master's degree with 2 years of pertinent experience.
β’ Level 4: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 9 years of pertinent experience, or a Master's degree with 6 years of pertinent experience.
β’ Relevant experience with Oracle Human Capital Management Fusion modules, including Recruiting, Workforce Compensation, Talent Management, and Benefits.
β’ Familiarity with Redwood UI.
β’ Experience supporting both Cloud and On-Premises customers.
β’ Understanding of security setup and knowledge of localizations.
β’ Proficiency in SQL, OTBI/BIP/FRS reports, FBDI, ADFDI, BPM workflows, and Fast Formulas.
β’ Ability to read and interpret software Log and Trace files.
β’ Knowledge of external data integration services for importing data into Oracle Fusion Applications.
β’ Experience with Federal Clients is advantageous.
β’ Must meet Selective Service registration requirements where applicable.
